4. How Candidate Information Is Handled

No Public Profiles or Directory

RelyinHQ does not operate a public candidate directory, public member community, or open platform where candidate profiles are visible to other candidates, employers, or the general public. Candidate information is not publicly searchable or accessible outside of RelyinHQ's internal systems.

Internal Records

Candidate records, assessment results, role mapping, and readiness information are maintained internally by RelyinHQ and are not publicly accessible. RelyinHQ staff access candidate records for the purpose of assessment, matching, readiness coordination, and placement activity.

Sharing With Employers

Relevant candidate information may be shared with a specific employer or hiring organization when RelyinHQ is evaluating, coordinating, or facilitating a potential employment opportunity, candidate submission, or introduction. RelyinHQ shares information reasonably relevant to the hiring or placement process and does not make candidate information broadly available to employers outside of specific placement activity.

A candidate's compensation expectations, availability, readiness status, and assessment results are used internally by RelyinHQ to inform the placement process and are not disclosed to employers beyond what is reasonably necessary for a specific opportunity.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

We may share information in the following circumstances:

6. Data Retention

We retain candidate and employer information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, support active placement activity, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Professional and employer information may also be retained to support future matching, placement, workforce planning, and relationship management, unless the individual requests deletion or withdrawal and applicable legal or legitimate business retention requirements do not require continued retention.

If you request deletion of your information, we will remove it from our active systems within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law, except where retention is required for legal, regulatory, or legitimate operational purposes.

Note that deletion requests apply to information held directly by RelyinHQ. Data stored within third-party platforms — including Airtable, Tally, Kit, and Netlify — may be subject to those platforms' own data retention and deletion policies.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We work with third-party platforms that maintain their own security standards.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or stored by RelyinHQ or its service providers.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may have the right to:

Withdrawal means RelyinHQ will stop actively considering you for placement opportunities. Certain records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes even after withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@relyinhq.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests to protect the security of the information we hold.

The rights available to you may vary depending on your location. This policy is not intended as a guarantee of compliance with every applicable privacy law. If you have questions about rights under a specific law, please consult qualified legal counsel.
